As certified personal trainer, I've spent more than a decade working with people of all shapes and sizes, as well exercising regularly myself for over 15 years. I’ve lost count of the long hours and late nights spent reviewing the latest scientific research in the areas of diet and exercise. Over the years, I’ve learned what works and what doesn't.

You might think that with all this knowledge, I've always been in shape. But I haven't. Even though I've been working in the fitness industry for over a decade — and exercising regularly for almost 15 years — I'm a little embarrassed to admit that it wasn't until I was 27 years old that I finally got my act together.

Of course, I had made some progress by then. But it was far from impressive. It wasn't until I started ignoring the mainstream fitness advice and doing my own research that I finally felt in control of the way my body looked.

I know what it's like to spend hours in the gym, waste a fortune on supplements and see little or no change from month to month. I understand how it feels to want to give up because nothing seems to be working.

So I created a private Members-Only website to help you avoid some of the mistakes I made. It tells you everything you need to know about building a leaner, stronger, fitter body — without starving yourself, wasting hours in the gym, or spending a fortune on supplements.

Let's face it. I'm a long way from being the best-built man in the world. There are plenty of guys around who are far leaner, fitter and stronger than I am.

But my pictures do show that when you combine a proven strategy of training, nutrition and supplementation, you can get into the kind of shape that sets you apart from 95% of the people you see on the street — no matter what shape you're in today.

I eat when I'm hungry, enjoy the odd treat once or twice a week, and I don't waste hours cooking or preparing food. Forget about turning your life upside down by eating six times a day... avoiding food after 6pm... cutting out carbs... food combining... following the "low-glycemic" lifestyle... or any of this other rubbish that just doesn't work for anyone who actually has a life. I'm telling you right now that absolutely none of this is necessary.
