Does The Hibernation Diet work?
Q. The Hibernation Diet says that eating honey before
bed will help burn off fat while you sleep. Is this true?
A. According to the press
release in the Edinburgh Evening News, The Hibernation
Diet advises "eating a couple of teaspoons of honey before
bedtime and training with weights instead of grueling aerobic
workouts."
I can understand why someone would recommend training with weights
to help you lose fat. But I've yet to figure out why eating a spoonful
of honey before bedtime is going to have any impact on fat loss.
