organic nutrient that contains no calories. Many vitamins help other nutrients
to be digested and absorbed.
New research shows that a deficiency in just three vitamins nearly doubles
your risk of developing Alzheimer's disease. Moreover, there's a growing
body of evidence to indicate that a vitamin deficiency in the same
nutrients also increases your risk of heart disease.
