Muscle Evo

Muscle Evo

As the name suggests, Muscle Evo is a muscle-building program that's purpose built for people who want just ONE THING — bigger, stronger muscles.

The "evo" is short for evolution. That's because Muscle Evo is not a radical departure from the other training programs I've designed for you.

You're still going to be lifting weights 3 or 4 times a week for around 45 minutes.

There are no stupid gimmicks, exaggerated claims or false promises.

But where Muscle Evo does differ is that all the "thinking" has been done for you. All you need to do is get in the gym and actually do it.

There are plenty of people out there who fail to make any meaningful progress in the gym. In some cases, they haven’t gained any new muscle for months. A few are still lifting the same weights they were lifting 12 months ago. That's not because they don't work hard. It's just that they're confused about what to do.

No more guesswork or confusion

Muscle Evo will put an end to that confusion and let you know exactly what to do for sustained muscle-building results.

It's a system of training that takes the guesswork out of what to do from week to week. With Muscle Evo, everything is so precise and individualized that you'll always walk into the gym knowing exactly what to do. You'll be right where you need to be every day, every week and every month.

  • You will know exactly what exercises to do.

  • You will know exactly how many sets to do.

  • You will know exactly how many reps to do.

  • You will know exactly how much weight to lift.

  • You will know exactly when to add weight to the bar.

You might have heard about things like progressive overload, deloads and how important they are for building muscle. But if you're not sure exactly HOW to incorporate this stuff into your training, Muscle Evo does it all for you.

It's so simple that you just plug in your numbers using the spreadsheet provided and away you go.

Not only will you add new muscle, but you'll get strong

At the core of Muscle Evo are five simple moves; the bench press, squat, deadlift, row and overhead press.

Not only do these exercises deliver rapid gains in muscle size and strength, they'll also condition you to look and move like an athlete.

You're going to get strong in all of them.

Very strong.

In fact, if you've been stuck on the same weights for months — maybe even years — you'll be surprised at how fast you break through your current plateau.

Of course, none of this is going to happen overnight.

I'm not going to make any crazy promises about how you can gain 20 pounds of muscle in four weeks or any of that b******t.

The rate at which you gain muscle is a highly individual thing, and NOBODY knows in advance how much muscle you will build in a given period of time.

But the way that Muscle Evo is set up, you will actually SEE the progress you're making from cycle to cycle in the form of more weight on the bar.

And when you see your strength going up, you'll have a totally new sense of focus and direction.

You'll feel more motivated... driven... like your hard work is finally paying off...

... going to the gym will be exciting again!

Tell me if you can relate to any of this...

You've had that initial spurt of growth and strength that came when you first started training.

But now you've hit a "plateau."

Your weight hasn't changed for weeks... maybe even months. Your bench press has been stuck at the same weight and no matter how hard you train, it won't budge.

So you jump from program to program in search of the one "magic" routine that will deliver the results you're looking for, and you still have little or nothing to show for it.

Now, frankly, you're getting bored. There are better things to do than waste hours in the gym spinning your wheels getting nowhere. And there have been more and more times when you've said to yourself, "Let's skip the gym this week and start fresh next week."

Any of this sound familiar?

If so, you're certainly not alone.

Take a look around your gym, and I guarantee that 99% of the guys in there will look exactly the same six months from now. The fact is that most people never discover how to stimulate the growth they really want.

Most will fall into the trap of just doing the same thing week in and week out, with their workouts going nowhere... slowly.

Earlier this year I released Muscle Evo to a small group of test users.

Here's some of the feedback I've had so far...

Do you qualify for Muscle Evo?

Although I don't want to put you off, I do want to be totally clear about the sort of person Muscle Evo is designed for.

1. Firstly, Muscle Evo is only available to subscribers to the Members-Only Area. If you're not a member already, you can join here.

2. Ideally you'll have access to a decent gym. A home gym with a barbell, bench, and a couple of dumbbells (or something like a TRX Suspension Trainer) will also do the job just fine.

3. Muscle Evo is primarily a muscle-building program. Although it can be used alongside a cyclical re-composition diet, it's not suitable for anyone whose main goal is to lose fat.

4. To nip any “I don’t have the time” excuses in the bud, each workout will take roughly 45 minutes. You’ll be training either 3 or 4 days per week. If that doesn’t fit your schedule, Muscle Evo is not for you.

5. This isn't a program for beginners. You'll need at least 12 months of training under your belt and be reasonably familiar with the bench press, squat, deadlift and overhead press.

6. Muscle Evo is for independent thinkers who are happy to carve their own path and don't care too much what other people think of them.

It's a long way from the "20 sets per muscle group" routines that seem so popular right now. You won't find any reference to kettlebell complexes, metabolic resistance training, hormonal resistance training, or any of the other fancy names that people are using to “dress up” old training methods and pass them off as something new.

If you're someone who doesn't like to go "against the grain" then Muscle Evo is probably not what you're looking for.

7. You'll need to stick to the program for a minimum of 12 weeks. Muscle Evo is not for anyone with the attention span of a trapped fly on speed and thinks they need to change their workout every week to "confuse their muscles" into getting bigger.

If you're one of those "crazy busy" people who's easily distracted and keeps jumping around from one training program to the next because you can’t make up your mind about to do, you're probably better off trying something else.

In short, Muscle Evo is for tough, disciplined, hard-working individuals who want bigger, stronger muscles... faster.
